Designed by FaulknerBrowns for All Saints Living, Hadrian’s Tower is a 162-apartment, 26-storey high-specification development located in Newcastle City Centre. Setting a precedent at 82 meters, at the time of completion, the scheme was Newcastle’s tallest building and is expected to pave the way for similar developments in the future.

Façade assembly strategy called for a unitised solution able to satisfy onerous thermal, fire, and acoustic requirements while incorporating elegant detailing such as saw tooth detail and single transom detail. In 2017, Fassaden+Architektur+Technik joined forces with the principal design team, collaborating with the client, architect, structural engineer, and others.

So far, the project has been a huge success for all parties involved and won them multiple international awards. Hadrian’s Tower boasts refined and striking architecture that will captivate the eyes for years to come.
