This apartment development was constructed in Docklands, London. Alberta House embraced a range of benchmark targets that exceeded the Eco Homes standards, including Lifetime Homes, Secured by Design, and SDS 2005, many of which would later become integral components of the Code for Sustainable Homes. All the units meet the Eco-Homes rating of ‘Excellent’.

Fassaden + Architektur + Technik collaborated with the stakeholders, providing tailored engineering solutions and a comprehensive design package for remediation and cladding improvement works for this occupied high-rise building. Together, we implemented an efficient strategy to expedite the project's commencement and minimize risks in both design and pricing.
